		<description>Yeah, this is a great method to pay off your mortgage.  Saving $60,000 is a wonderful thing.  If you put your money in a savings account, you will barely make up for the money you lost.  However, many banks won&#039;t let you do this... as far as I know, since they lose money this way.</description>
